Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Accurately complete the questionnaires we provide for market research purposes.

• Maintain patience and dedication to complete tasks from the comfort of your home.

• Promptly follow through with instructions and respond to questionnaires.

• Ensure your responses are recorded directly and accurately.

• Review all responses for precision, spelling, and grammar.

Skills and Abilities We’re Looking For:

• A self-starter with a proactive and positive attitude.

• Strong reading comprehension and active listening skills.

• Proficiency in English.

• A professional approach to customer service.

• A commitment to completing tasks thoroughly and thoughtfully.

• Experience with daily technology use.

• Prior remote work experience is a plus but not a requirement.

Home Office Requirements:

• A reliable computer with at least Microsoft Windows 7, 8, or 9, or any Mac/Apple desktop or laptop. Minimum specs: 1.1 GHz and 512 MB RAM. While mobile devices are acceptable, a desktop or laptop is preferred for certain tasks.

• A stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

• Up-to-date antivirus software to ensure the security of your work.
